Do you agree that there is NO more delicious sweet combination that peanut butter and chocolate? I’d guess that Reese’s Peanut Butter cups are one of the all time favorite candies of all time! This homemade version is absolutely spectacular! The peanut butter filling is so creamy & smooth. If you have never had homemade peanut butter cups, you definitely need to try them!
The chocolate that I used was the Ghiradelli Melting Wafers that I got from Sam’s Club (or you can get at Walmart). They melt so perfectly. As I just said in the post for Cookies & Cream Fudge, make sure you use chocolate that tastes great all by itself. Don’t scrimp and get the cheap melting chocolate that tastes like imitation chocolate flavored paraffin!
