Looking for a fun way to serve an ice cream sundae to your family & friends? Why not use a brownie for the bowl? Just make your favorite brownie recipe from scratch or a mix. Then create your brownie bowl by filling a muffin tin with the batter, bake it, and then as soon as it comes out of the oven, place another muffin tin on top of the hot brownie to mash it into the bowl shape. When the brownie has completely cooled, remove the top muffin tin and you’ll have a cute little bowl that’s just perfect for serving a big scoop of ice cream!
While you can certainly use hot fudge (or whatever) topping from a jar, I’d strongly encourage you to make this homemade fudge sauce. It is easy to make and there is just no comparison in the taste of homemade verses store bought! You won’t be sorry!
