Tonight when all the kids came for dinner, I made the Best Ever Banana Pudding! It is a cool, creamy, no-bake dessert that works perfectly on a summer day! (And it was VERY hot today!) It’s easy to have all the ingredients on hand in your pantry or freezer. I have often taken this recipe to a church potluck, a funeral dinner, or to a friend’s house for dessert. Nearly everyone who tastes it, loves it! In fact, I usually come home with an empty dish.
