Best Ever Banana Pudding

Tonight when all the kids came for dinner, I made the Best Ever Banana Pudding!  It is a cool, creamy, no-bake dessert that works perfectly on a summer day!   (And it was VERY hot today!)  It’s easy to have all the ingredients on hand in your pantry or freezer.  I have often taken this recipe to a church potluck, a funeral dinner, or to a friend’s house for dessert.  Nearly everyone who tastes it, loves it!  In fact, I usually come home with an empty dish.

Best Ever Banana Pudding

  • 1 (5.1 pkg) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 (12 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (16 oz) package vanilla wafers
  • Sliced bananas

In large mixing bowl, beat pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes.

Blend in condensed milk until smooth.

Stir in vanilla and fold in whipped topping.

Layer wafers, bananas, and pudding mixture in a glass serving bowl.

Top and decorate with crushed vanilla wafers.

Chill until served.
